The Association president serves as chief elected officer of the Association, representing the entire membership.

The president must have service experience in Bylaws, finance, and RMLS. In addition, the president must attend annual Professional Standards training and serve on the MLS Board of Directors.

The president is the voice of the Association and speaks to membership, public, and reporters with the views and policies as per the decisions of the Board of Directors.

Among the many and various responsibilities of the president are the following:

  • Implements a strategic plan with measurable results;
  • Supports and defends actions of the Board of Directors;
  • Attends and participates in FAR and NAR events;
  • Monitors Board finances;
  • Works with the CEO to further the goals and objectives of the Association. 

 

 

Staci A. Storms, Chief Executive Officer

The Association executive serves as Chief Executive Officer, (CEO) responsible to the board of directors for the effective conduct of the affairs of the association. The CEO recommends and participates in formulating the association mission, goals, objectives and related policies. Within that framework, the CEO plans, organizes, coordinates, controls and directs association staff, programs and activities. The CEO works closely with the association president and elected leaders to ensure that the association’s goals are achieved. The CEO also serves as staff liaison to all committees and provides liaison between committees and the board of directors.

Barbara Kingry, Finance Director & Operations Manager

The Finance Director ensures that Association membership, inventory, and accounting records are properly maintained. Responsible for day to day accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and payroll operations of Association. Finance Director also completes monthly financial statements of the Association and financial analysis relating to programs and services. Position is responsible for collection and dissemination of support documentation for the development of budget and assists all other support staff in their duties when necessary and at the direction of the CEO.

Amy McKee, Communications & Education Director

Communications & Education Director is responsible for all internal and external mass communications and marketing via web site, newsletter, broadcast email and broadcast faxes as well as updates and maintenance of Association’s web site. Individual is also responsible for the planning, marketing and registration for all professional development offerings and special events of the Association.  Also assists all other support staff in their duties when necessary and at the direction of the CEO.

Jessica Young, Membership & Professional Standards Director

Membership Services Director provides assistance to potential new members in the understanding of Association services and the application process. Coordinates the new member orientation program, updates the membership database, and is responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of membership files. Membership Coordinator works with the Financial Coordinator in the annual dues billing process. Also, assists all other support staff in their duties when necessary and at the direction of the CEO.

Professional Standards Administrator handles all incoming calls regarding complaints, ethics and professional standards questions. The PSA schedules and monitors all Ethics, Mediation and Arbitration Hearings. The PSA is staff liaison for all Ethics, Mediation and Arbitration Hearings and is also responsible to insure that all complaints are filed in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Lynne Norvell, Receptionist

Receptionist greets and welcomes members and the general public via telephone and through face-to- face contact. Receptionist also coordinates the promotion, purchasing, and displays of the REALTOR Service Center. Receptionist also assists with all membership services products and services.

Tiffany Hobel, Executive Assistant

Provide general secretarial support to the Association CEO.  Additional departmental responsibilities to include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, filing, data entry and assist with preparing new member orientation. Assist with overflow work from staff.
